Our First Line of Health Protection, Health care and Global health security

Our immune system is our first line of defense against foreign invaders. It is the body's natural defense mechanism, and without it, we would not be able to fight off viruses such as fungi, bacteria, parasites, and viruses.

These life-threatening diseases are ubiquitous and our immune system works day and night to set barriers that prevent us from entering our bodies.

In the event that a person passes, our immune system has a defense mechanism that enters and transmits large amounts of chemicals and proteins and a large number of white blood cells, all of which need to detect and attack foreign antigen before it can be reproduced.

Strong antibodies help keep all health problems from infectious diseases to the flu. When it is highly efficient, it detects and responds to the millions of antigens that are needed to eliminate them.

In unhealthy habits / lifestyles we weaken our immune system. These dangerous acts open the door for foreign invaders and the end result is, we are sick.

Simple health tips like washing your hands regularly and avoiding close contact with those affected by the illness are obvious solutions that can help us stay healthy.

Taking an active position to boost our immune system is another.

Here are a few tips to help keep the immune system complaining about the tip-top condition:                                 Neutral  Food -

Vegetables, fruits and other plants contain natural substances known as phytochemicals (natural compounds found in plants) that give color and taste. These phytochemicals act as powerful antioxidants that reduce free radicals before they do damage. They also act as soldiers, supporting the immune system and the death of damaged cells, protecting the body from injury and building new healthy cells.

All diseases, illnesses and diseases are difficult to prevent when the body is malnourished. It is best to choose and enjoy foods from all food groups including protein and all foods and snacks.

Proper Exercise -

The immune system is very responsive to exercise. After meals, it is one of the pillars that contributes to good health and a strong immune system. It activates the nervous system and raises heart rate, blood pressure, and bre koathing, which in turn makes us feel better and stronger.

It kicks in our inner circulation, reduces anxiety and stress, slows down the aging process, helps us live longer and better.

Recent studies conducted at the University of California-San Diego; The School of Medicine has revealed that 20 minutes of physical activity gives our body an anti-inflammatory effect, which in turn increases our immune system.

Reduce and avoid stress -

The state of our mind affects our health. Over time, chronic stress increases the risk of illness because it suppresses the immune system. This kind of clothing and emotional and emotional tears can damage our immune system and our health.

Deep breathing, meditation, and exercise all help to reduce the effects of chronic stress.

Create a Healthy Attitude -

Although we cannot control every event in our lives, we can control our emotions / attitudes / response to them. A positive, positive attitude (seeing half a full glass in half empty), expressing daily gratitude in all situations works to strengthen our immune system and increase all chances of a positive outcome.

Laughter heals -

Laughter is powerful, more than we can imagine. It boosts our immune system because it is given the ability to lower our stress hormones, boost our immune system and promote the release of "happy" endorphins.

As a health bonus, it works with our abs, lowers blood pressure, improves heart health and improves our T-cells. Truly a "very good medicine."

According to Drs. Lee Berk, PH, Pro Loma Linda School of Medicine, "The most advanced physicians understand that there are internal interventions brought about by positive emotions such as happy laughter, hope and optimism." Laugh often, it's free for everyone.

Sleep well -

Sleep is a major factor in coping with health. It is a rest period that the body uses to rebuild and regenerate. Their deficiency weakens the immune system for a variety of reasons. Another major problem is that small cytokines are produced. Protein cytokines released during sleep indicate infection and inflammation that cause the body to react.

Further research confirms that those who suffer from chronic insomnia are more likely to become ill after exposure to viruses.

If your sleep cycle is interrupted and your system allows it, try to make a small loss. Sleeping twice a day, one in the morning and in the afternoon (no more than 30 minutes) reduces stress and eliminates any negative effects of sleep deprivation.

Get in the sun -

Sunlight / sunlight is a great supplier of Vitamin D. Vitamin D helps the body produce ant

ibodies which also increase the healthy functioning of our immune system.

For example, one of the major causes of respiratory problems is low levels of vitamin D. A simple, easy air circulation in the sun for about 20 to 30 minutes helps to ensure that enough Vitamin D is produced by the body.

Fresh air and sunlight help us heal.

Strong antibodies do not make us invincible but they oppose the possibilities. Therefore, our first line of defense against many health problems is a healthy lifestyle.

Our immune system gains real strength when we feel the “state of gratitude,” donate our energy, enjoy and share the laughter of the stomach and focus on healthy eating!

He is a real hero when it comes to reducing our chances of getting sick and giving us the extra strength we need
